Elizabeth’s is Eugene’s premier destination for a thoughtfully curated, seasonal, and regional menu—intentionally paired with wines from Elizabeth Chambers Cellar. What began as a vision for a tasting room has evolved into a full-service dining experience shaped by community enthusiasm, culinary creativity, and a deep passion for hospitality.

Owners Andrew and Julia Stiltner were originally seeking a new home for the Elizabeth Chambers Cellar brand, which began in McMinnville, Oregon, in 2011. Their initial plan was simple—a tasting room with a small menu of light bites. But after a year of opening their doors and listening closely to their guests, it became clear that the community wanted more. Embracing that momentum, they expanded the vision and reimagined Elizabeth’s as a destination restaurant.

At the heart of Elizabeth’s is a culinary journey inspired by the bold, comforting flavors of the Mediterranean—Greek, Italian, Spanish, and Middle Eastern cuisines—reimagined with a Pacific Northwest sensibility. The result is food that feels both elevated and easy to love: fresh, vibrant, and designed to be shared and savored.
